This is a long shot...we just returned from Culebra last night.
Took the bus (van) to the Culebra airport and left a plastic stand about 3 feet tall, maybe? It was packaged in a doubled up black plastic bag and tied at the top. The stand goes with the steel drum we purchased at one of the local stores in Dewey. It's very light. I stupidly forgot it when we rushed out of the van.
If there's any chance that anyone might know it's whereabouts and is from NYC or is willing to ship it to me (will gladly reimburse), please let me know here.
