What are the best places to snorkel? Should I rent a boat?

You may also go to Carlos Rosario Beach. To get there, take the trail from Flamenco Beach which it is on the south side of the parking area. Hike for about 20 minutes (crossing the hill) and you'll get there. Have fun!
