The only market I know that is closed on Sunday is Superette Mayra.
Milka, Isla Sol, Genesis (I don't know about a couple of little markets I know about but don't use very often) are open. Milka closes between 12:30 and 1 (maybe later?) Isla Sol I don't know, and Genesis closes late afternoon. Before anyone asks...Genesis is the market located on the way out to Zoni (WAY before that but...in that direction). After the first hill, at the bottom of it, is a road with a left turn (right if coming from Zoni area, obviously). Go to the end of the street, you are there. Wonderful market for many basics and more.
I think it's a pretty safe bet that nothing closes for President's day unless it is a government holiday (is it?) and the PO and banks would be closed, not the stores.
