Hmmmmm. Where to begin. I've never been to Totola, but friends who have bring home tales of Bomba's Surfside Shack. It enjoys legendary status in the same general space as Foxy's on Jost Van Dyke.
It's located on Cappoon's Bay,Tortola, and is most famous for full moon parties, where reggae bands play all night and Bomba serves up his world famous tea, reportedly brewed from certain mushrooms selected for their mood enhancing properties.

Bomba's was featured in the 1999 Sport's Illustrated Swimsuit Issue as the 'local color' feature. When you offered a link to the full moon calendar awhile back, I was pretty sure you already knew about Bomba. There is a wealth of info available on google.
