First Time to Culebra - ???'s

Hi-
My husband and I and another couple are headed to Culebra in Feb. We are debating between Culebra Beach Villas and a Villa up off of Turtle Beach. We are very interested in fishing and are working on renting a boat. I have read that CBV can be hit or miss because each unit is privately owned. Any advice on which unit is good for 2 couples? We are not looking for luxury but basic ammenities and cleanliness. Also, any advice as to CBV or the private villa would be helpful as well.
Thanks for any help! We can't wait to come - we have heard such great things about the island!

consider staying at CASA ENSENADA, in their grande apt, very nice. this place is right on the harbor with a dock plus you can rent a boat from Jackie and Butch. contact me if you want recent pics. here is their link and mine.
