Snorkeling/beaches

I've been to Culebra last year in march... LOVED IT... we are probably going back this year around the same time.... i only went snorkeling @ Flemenco (may not seem like much to experienced divers/snorkelers/ but awesome for us) and i went to that place across the mountian from Flemenco, Carlos something. Carlos was amazing.

I was wondering where the best place for diving (accessable from land)
snorkeling
and beaches

Also, Is it possible for people to use a rental sailboat to sail out to Luis Pena or Culebrita? thanks again,

Sorry about this... I guess i should have collected my thoughts before i posted.

anyway... does the size of the tide differ between different beaches.. like is the tide bigger at Flemenca than it is at Zoni... thank you, again
