I've stayed on this property on 3 seperate occasions. If you're looking to spend some time at one of the most beautiful beaches in all the world this place is for you. There is no housekeeping so you are responsible for cleaning your own room. If you run out of toilet paper you go to the supply room and get your own (so you get the idea). I have always put up with this because the benefit of waking up every morning opening my door and looking at Flamenco Beach is worth it. There has always been issues regarding the snack bar on the propery (Coconuts). It has changed hands at least 4 or 5 times within the last 5 years but if you bring your own meats to BBQ there are BBQ pits just before the entrance to the beach. My wife and I travelled into town for dinner every night and this was also an issue. The publicos (taxis) were always hesitant to pick us up and drop us off at the property because of the awful condition of the road that leads to CBV. The road was so bad that we could only go about 5 mph. The rooms have kitchens, air conditioning in the bedrooms and some of th units have satellite TV. If you plan on renting a car then you eliminate the taxi issue. At night you have to go to the beach and look at the sky to see how close the stars appear over the beach.
