Greeting everyone. Has anybody stayed at Zoni Beach House? Is Zoni Beach still underdeveloped? Whatcha think?

We just got back from Culebra last week. I want to stay at the Zoni beach house next time we go. AWESOME views!!! Zoni beach is beautiful, great snorkeling right there. YES - still underdeveloped there is nothing there. Good choice, I'd go with it!
