Is anyone on Culebra, or particularly Puerto Rico and the rest of the Caribbean, concerned about global warming and the inevitable rise in sea levels? If there were any bigger proponents for stopping the causes of climate change I would expect them to be on these islands... Just wondering if it's that big of a concern down there... ?
