Can anyone tell me what the sailing conditions are like coming from St. Thomas (Red Hook) to Ensenada Honda Culebra in February? We are chartering a 40 ft Jeanneau. Also, what are the typical sailing conditions from Culebra to Jost Van Dyke, BVI? Any tips or warnings would be helpful.
