If you're looking for a place to "live", i.e., with a kitchen, living room, etc., for one month you should be able to get longer term rental rates from either Jim Galasso at Culebra Island Realty

We rented La Casita from Jim for a month and were very satisfied. It was in the center of town but it was easy to get anywhere. We could walk to all of the supermarkets and I could get fresh bread at El Eden every morning.
If you look at the Vacation Planners web-site it doesn't show their longer term rates. If you see a place you like, either e-mail or call them asking about their longer term rates.
