I've enjoyed going to Vieques, although I'm very partial to Culebra. Vieques has a few very good restaurants, good beaches, and the bio bay. There are two towns on Vieques - Esperanza and Isabel Segunda.
Getting around on both islands is very easy.
Of course, the beaches are breathtaking on Culebra. I think what drew us to Culebra was that it is much more of a small, peaceful and unbelievably friendly community.
