No. I think they are rather unwelcome in Culebra's peaceful waters. You can rent windsurging gear.

no offense but please jetski elsewhere. there are lots of places for this on main island and throughout Caribb.

culebra is quiet. annoying guests simply drive all others away. Hopfully the locals understand this.

Jet skiis are a danger to snorklers enjoying the beautiful nearshore coral reefs of Culebra. Try snorkling instead.
