Best Place for Beach/Scuba

Where's the best beach (in your opinion) on Culebra? I am most interested in scuba diving and beach scenery. Also, what is the closest lodging to it.

best beach- zoni. great snorkeling, quiet, not overrun with tourists (like us). no lodging near by when i was there in spring, but it's such a small place. caution: do not bike here, unless super in shape. take a publico with a few others for $8 each way. well, worth it. enjoy!
