Are the outlest in Culebra like the ones in the US or will I need to bring an adapter?

The electrical receptacles on the walls of guesthouses are the same as in the US: 120V - 60 Hz; no need for adapters.

The voltage and outlets are the same as in the US, no adapter needed.
