Can anyone tell me how long it realistically takes to get from Culebra to the airport in San Juan via the ferry and publicos from Fajardo?

Give yourself 1.5 hours on the ferry and 1.5 hours in a taxi/van to be safe. Hey, that's 3 hours! :-)

That's assuming the ferry is on time and that it's not Valentine's Day in PR ... never seen such a mess as the shopping done for Valentines! Those Puerto Ricans are REALLY romantic!!!
