Hi,

First, I wanted to say that this website is really great, it is an excellente source of info.
Also, I was wondering about the weather, I am arriving in Culebra the 22rd of January and I saw that there is lot of rain now. What is the weather really like?

My friend, the weather is unpredictable... don't you know.
And even more in the tropics, whoever tell you abour the weather, even metheorologists, is all a lie.
They can only predict for less than 12 hours.
All other is bull.
It is more likely to have rain months after April., But even that is not a prediction.
Go ahead... enjoy... prepare for the worst, and hope for the best.

Isa,

I just returned from 8 days on Culebra. There was a tropical storm in the Atlantic at the time( a true rarity this time of year), and the bands of rain associated with TS activity were in evidence the whole time. The important fact to remember here was, that the longest period of showers was about an hour, followed by beautiful clearing and sunshine. And frankly, without some clouds, you'll never experience the breathtaking sunsets that grace the far side of Luis Pena.
