does anyone know of a car rental place that you can pick-up in San Juan and drop off in Fajardo? or any cheap way to get to the ferry from San Juan.

We are going to Culebra in mid-August and booked our rental car through L&M. We are picking up the car at the San Juan airport and are dropping it off at Fajardo. L&M provides a free shuttle to the ferry. There is a $25 "drop off" fee. We are flying Isla Nena from Culebra back to San Juan (only $70 one way).
