Ok this is the deal, thursday i am having japanese friends land on the island. I was planning to go on saturday with them to culebra and stay until monday afternoon, or tuesday early morning.
My questions are the following:
1. At what time should i be in the fajardo docks to catch the earliest ferry and how much the ferry cost? is the parking safe to leave a car with alarm and a club?
2. What should i bring that i will not find in the island? cigarrettes, alcohol, snacks, food? is there a lot of ATMs in the island??
3. What is the best beach for laying down and BBQ? which is the best for diving?
4. What is the best hotel to stay on a budget? how far is it from the beach? should i rent a car? i was considering camping, but i am afraid of going scuba and someone stealing my camera from my tent.
5. What is the best diving school for the price?, i want to get some classes and do some diving with my friends. How much does it run into?
6. Those Suncom offer good signal in the island?
Any other hints are welcome. I will check this thread often.
