I've looked on-line for places to stay on Culebra, but can't decide . Is Casa ensenada quiet or noisy at night. We stayed last year on Vieques at Bananas and it was too noisy. I'd like a place that is quiet and has a good view and convenient to get to beaches and snorkeling.
