WE ARE 2 COUPLES IN LATE 30s
COMING TO SAN JUAN ON JAN 13TH @ 3:30AM FLYING OUT ON JAN 16th LATE NIGHT.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SPEND THE ENTIRE TIME ON CULEBRA.
PLEASE HELP US WITH RECCOMENDATIONS.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOMODATIONS (SOMETHING WITH A VIEW AND SO EACH COUPLE CAN HAVE A LITTLE PRIVACY
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN JAN.
, ALSO NEED JEEP RENTAL 4 DAYS ,AND BOAT RENTAL 1-2 DAYS
WHAT IS THE BEST TRANSPORTATION FROM/TO SAN JUAN (ON JAN 13TH @ 3:30AM)

Janaury is the best time of year to visit Puerto Rico. The temperature is usually in the high 70's to low 80's with about 40-50% humidity. As far as travel from San Juan to Culebra you have 2 options. You can travel from San Juan's airport roundtrip to Culebra or from another airport in Isla Grande for about $90-95 roundtrip. You can check the flight schedules of the 2 primary airlines that go to the island daily(Isla Nena or Vieques Air Link)You didn't state how much you were willing to spend for a hotel but if you want some nice accomodations I would try Club Seabourne, Ensenada Guesthouse or the Harbour View Villas.

Since you want to rent a boat, I'd check with Butch at Casa Ensenada. He has a dicounted boat package for Casa Ensenada renters. His place is right on the harbor. The view is mostly boats at anchor or at docks.
