Last itme we were there (about 2yrs ago) , the roads were torn up. Have they completed the project yet? Just wondering. Culebra is still my favorite!!!!! : )

The roads in town are finish where the ferry arrive but do to the construccion of the new school and the new Mayer office the road to get into town they need some fixing.
