Sometimes it happens... rain, sun, rain.
Ask yourself if you are making the trip, whether shine or rain.
If yes, then look at the dopplers, and radar images, and try to establish where it is, and where is going.
The red clouds means heavy showers, the other light or scattered showers.
I'm working in Florida on a sightseeing vessel since June, and I have not seen so many showers constantly and every day... in the SUNSHINE state.
Today I'll go to P.R., and something is for sure, over 94 degrees F, whithout the humidity factor.
So... if you have your plans ... just come and have a plan B for just in case.
