Does anyone have information on either of 2 subjects:
Who does fishing charters (other than bone fishing)?
Does anyone provide transportation from Culebra to St. Thomas for a day?

If you have good money go to Casa del Mar, at hotel Conquistador.
For the kind of experience you are expressing, that is the place, however, you'll need good money.
