Festival? Need Help!

Need some help. I have a friend that told me there is a festival that is celebrated in Culebra in June or July. It is only lasts a weekend. She is not sure what the name of the festival is. But supposedly people camp on the beach and the party goes on all night. Does anyone have any idea what she is talking about? I've tried to look this festival up but cannot find anything. If this event exists, when is it, and how crowded does the island get? Thanks for your help.

Let me see...
She told you something about a party all night-all day, steel band music on every corner of the island, that the island is so crowded that she think it's gonna sink, that you need to wake-up ( in my case...no sleep )at 4 in the morning to be in a line for the ferry on Monday ( forget it, about Sunday ) ..that's what you talking about... LOL

OK...Patron Saint Festival( La Virgen del Carmen ) the last weekend on July, from 25 to 27...mmmm, sorry, if you are planning to go...would be from 23 or 24 to maybe 28 or 29.

I need help, i wanna go to culebra at this summer.I've tried to look something festval,please help me.I'm interesting for the party and festival.PLEASE TEL ME......?DAY AND PLACE OF CULEBRA.

Well...let me put this way, every long weekend ( when Friday or Monday is a holiday ) like this one, (memorial day) you can find a kind of a festival-party in every corner at the Island(specially at night ) , too much people in a small place..do you know what I mean? , but really the Festival ( the big one ) is on on the weekend of July 25 - 27.

Oppss...you are right, but it's not the Festival...is "el Carnaval de Culebra" @ the memorial weekend, another "big party" at Culebra Island.
