If you mean surfing... There are not much possibilities for that activity.
In over 21 years, I have not seen a surfboard there.

The only time there are EVER any waves are if a hurricane happens to pass by to the North or something. So don't plan on it.

We just came back, and there was some rough surf brought on by the winter winds. The Undertow was surprising, as I expected calm from what I heard. Lots of fun though.
