My wife and I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Bahia Marina resort. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Culebra. The units are brandnew and spacious 1 BR apartments with 2 nice bathrooms, and all amenities including stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There are two double beds in the bedroom and 1 sofabed (futon) in the livingroom - so one could fit up to 6 people in there if necessary.
For $150/night a true bargain. They will raise the price to $200/night when all construction is finished (they are still working on the last of the three buildings). But compared to e.g. Club Seabourne (where I stayed a few years back) which charges significantly more than that, it is still very well priced. Also the restaurant/bar has very reasonable prices.
Other great things: extremely friendly and helpful staff, amazing view from this hilltop location, private and peaceful.
One little critique: the noise from the bar can be a bit annoying in the rooms for someone who wants to sleep early. They do have a 10pm "quite time policy" but that doesn't seem to be enforced too well.
