I will be vacationing in Puerto Rico with my boyfriend the week of March 13-19, and we're thinking of camping in Culebra at Flamenco Beach for a couple of days during our stay. We would love to camp, but we also are looking to have a quiet vacation and would like to avoid the crowds and loud partiers, if possible.
When does it usually become crowded for the holidays around Culebra? Will the campgrounds be as loud during the week of March 13-19 as during the week of Good Friday, as mentioned in other posts?
