Flight time is 30 minutes. With the looseness of on-time departures and the long lines at international check in, this wouldn't be a good idea, even if you took a 6 am flight. If it's too late to book a later Florida flight, better take the late flight from Culebra the day before.
The only alternative I can think of might be to charter a 5 am flight.
