Best place to find Culebra weather outlook

Is there a specific link someone has that gives the most accurate weather for Culebra? Specifically we are looking for the island weather Dec 15-24. Also are there any events going on then?

I have been going to Culebra in my own boat for almost 21 years, during the last 8 or 10, I always look into the NWS or weather channel web site before going.
You select Puerto Rico, then you choose either local weather forecast, marine forecast, or whatever option is best suitable for your area of interest.
I have to tell you that Cuebra and St. Thomas are sepparated by only a few nautical miles of water, not more than 14 to 17.
