I am traveling to Culebra with 3 friends over the holidays(after christmas around new year's) and would like advice about what preparations i should make.
Are places to stay hard to come by during this time?
Do we need to get a car?
Are there fun parties? etc.

New Year's Eve is one of THE best times to come! Accommodations are probably already booked ... or very hard to come by!
