I have visited Culebra a number of times and am planning for retirement in about 7 years. I am a diving enthusiast, very ecologically minded, and looking for a special piece of property with unique natural attributes. I would consider an option to buy or giving a life estate if need be. Anyone considering a sale now or in the future, I would be pleased to hear from. Thanks, Steve.
