What's the latest on car rentals? Are Jerry's and Carlos's both up and running?

Late January I spoke with Jim of Jerry's rentals and reserved a vehicle for the first week of March. Don't know about Carlos.

I've had contact with both Jerry's and Carlos's and they are up and running. But FYI, prices seemed to have jumped up a bit.
