How hard did the Island get hit from Irma? Can't find any news on Culebra. Very concerned!

Considering how hard some of the nearby islands were hit, Culebra did pretty well. We are not on the island right now, but feedback from friends is that everyone is 100% ok. Vegetation was destroyed and some structures too. Most of the island is still without power and there is only one cell site working on the island right now with very, very limited service.
