Culebra Bio Bay ?

Hello All .. Iam trying to plan something special for my daughter's honeymoon .. Is there anyone or any Co> that will take them out for such an excursion .. They will be there in Oct. .... Thanks

For any bio-bay experience it is important to do it before moonrise or after moonset, or when the moon is new or a sliver.

Not on Culebra. There are bio-bay tours out of Fajardo and Vieques. I mentioned the above
to either plan the trip when there is a new moon or save your money, if the moon is near full.

The bioluminescence on Culebra is not as strong as it is in even more closed up bays, like Vieques (did they get theirs back after last year's complete drop?), but it is pretty impressive and definitley better than on some I have seen advertised as 'bio bay' on the main island.

I would just rent a kayak overnight, make sure not to paddle into a reef (GPS!!) and go for it ... tours ruin the experience anyway.
