I am planning to retire soon and would like to settle in a safe place somewhere in the Caribean. I heard very good things about Culebra but need information suitable for someone who would like to make Culebra their home such as real estate, medical and dental care, water, electricity and communication. I also would like to know how feasible it would be to find a lot in Culebra. What are the best sources of local information for someone like me? Thank you, Nelson
