By tomorrow I have to chose an accomodation in culebra and getting really good tips on what to do in 2 days there

I am debated between Harbor view villas and tamarindo estates but any additional suggestion is welcomed

2 people (sisters)
2 nights
private bath
60-140$/night
close to town but not in town
with a view or close to the beach

which ones are the best restaurants with local food?????

Which is the best contact for a day sailing or a day snorkeling (sunday)?????

My husbandn & I stayed at Tamarindo in early May. I know nothing of HBB other than what I have read here, but we loved Tamarindo! It's very private.
It would be nice if it got more of the tradewinds(it's on the opposite side of the island from the harbor), but the privacy, the accomodations and the caretakers made our stay absolutely fab! We walked around naked most of the time! :) We did not try the restaurant as we cooked each night, so no comment to offer there, but we had a rental car and were able to get back & forth to town at our leisure. My bet is Tamarindo!
