need help with Hotels (Hotel Kokomo?)

Hello,
I am planning to travel to Culebra in October and would like to do some entry level scuba diving and just laying on a beautiful beach, but not sure about hotels there. Can anybody recommend me something close to scuba diving places and a beautiful beach, but under $85? I found Hotel Kokomo. Is it a decent place to stay? Has anyone stayed in this hotel?

Hello Nataha,

Casa Ensenada has low season rates in October. Our Pequeno room for 2 people with a Queen bed, kitchenette, AC, sat. TV, nice patio and free kayak is $75.00 tax included, (one person is $65.00) and 7th night free.

Casa Ensenada is in town, near two scuba diving operations and on the bus route to the beach.

Natasha,

I highly recommend Culebra Dive Shop - It's near the entrance of downtown coming from the airport. (Note - this is not Culebra Divers which is downtown in the middle of all that construction) The owners, Richard & Luz are really sweet and Taz & Jeff on the boat are FABULOUS! We loved them to death. Definitely check them out!!
