Cape Air is a good company and used to have a very cool business model for frequent flyers. You could buy a book of 10 coupons, each good for a one-way fare, from Logan to and from Nantucket. They were fully transferrable, so there was no hassle about making changes and whoever needed to fly could, when they wished without change fee headaches.
This last trip, I elected to use United Express because of lower cost, and ended up sitting in Newark for 9 hours and in Nantucket for 4. All their flights were full so I came close to renting a car to drive to a Cape Air airport to salvage my trip. After 9 hours, they finally announced they had a plane for us. No fun.
