We are planning on taking a taxi (Padin) from San Juan to Fajardo on Sunday, April 17, and taking the 3pm ferry.
Suggestions? My hope is that not as many people will be trying to go TO Culebra on that day, even though it is Semana Santa.
What time should we get to Farjardo in order to buy tickets? Should we attempt to buy them now, via the phone?
What would our options be if that ferry is full?
(we have plane tickets for the way back to San Juan.)
