Is Wednesday a good day for trying to catch the morning ferry? I am hoping it will be less crowded than the weekend ferry.

Is there a store on Culebra that sells small propane bottles and other camping supplies?

Yes. You can get propane bottles at the campground or Mini Mas, at the dead end on the left past Milka.
