Am planning a trip to Culebra during the Feb - Apr timeframe. I know there have been several issues with the flights getting shut down and the ferry due to the dock damage. How are things now? Are the flights and ferry back to "normal" yet? Thanks!
Use VAL for flight. Flying regularly again.
Ferry schedule the same. Docks in front of seawall while the side seawall is being repaired. Business as usual. Less one gas station.
