When are the public schools out for the summer on the big island? Would like to visit Culebra before the summer vacation hustle and bustle. Thanks.

The main hustle and bustle in the summer is all throughout July - there is a PR or US holiday virtually every weekend which draws families, boaters and campers to Culebra in droves.
