Hello all:
Recently moved to St. Louis from Mayaguez for work. Returning back home for the first time since July with a much whiter skin tone:)
I am traveling to Culebra with a group of atleast 15 but up to 20ish the weekend of January 16th. We would like to stay somewhere where we won't have too many neighbors. It's a loud group, not to be confused for a unorderly and destructive group. We're just loud! For that reason, we don't want to have anyone that may be bothered by loud voices at 10pm.
I've done the camping, I've done Culebra Beach Villas, and I've done Culebra Island Villas. I think the better option would be to rent out all the villas (4 I think) in Culebra Island Villas and fit anyway we can. I don't know though, if there is enough room.
I stayed at those about 6 years years back while on a trip with Mr. Roettger; a Marine Bio teacher at Ramey School in Aguadilla. We helped "los rangers de recursos naturales" count, measure, and do just about everything else related to leatherback turtles and there egg-laying phenomenon. He takes his class every year. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Some long sleeve shirts, long pants, lots of bug spray and good vibes made for a great night shift waiting for turtles to come.
I would appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction as far as where to stay with this group. Again, we're loud, but we're not unorderly.
Any suggestions?
