Place to stay on Beach (family of 5)

Hello,

I have been to Culebra several times camping with friends and once with my spouse at the Culebra Beach villas on Flamenco beach. We will be visiting PR this summer and would like to take the whole family (including kids ages 5,7,9) to a nice place on the beach. My first impulse is to make reservations at the Culebra beach villas. But I would like alternative suggestions particularly accounting for the small children. Muchos Gracias.

By ''on the beach", do you mean Flamenco Beach or any beach?

Any nice beach for children. If I remember correctly Flamenco had some fairly calm sections that would be ok for children. I haven't seen any of the other beaches. Thanks.

The reason I asked was, there are some places available now on Zoni beach, which is really beautiful and very secluded, albeit no other kids to play with.

I suggest you contact all the different owners of places on Flamenco, prices and service vary significantly.

Last summer I stayed in Culebra with a LOT of small kids (to be exact, a new born, two 3 year olds, 7, 11, 13, 17)...family is big..we found a house that accomodates up to 12 people, through vacationplanners...the place was very clean, with sheets, pillows, AC, and lots of extras, you could probably find them on the web....their prices are fair if you think about the number of people you can fit in the house, but they also have smaller places....hope this helps...have a great time...
