Hola! Unfortunately, there are no lockers at the Flamenco Beach campsite. It's just your rustic type campsite, although there are basic showers and restrooms facilities. Look under SHELTER in this website for pics of the campsite. Others have also posted pics of the campsite. It will get you familiar with what's around the campsite.
This question has been posted before and there has not been a concrete answer to it. My recommendation, keep valuables to a minimum. Don't take anything that's not replaceable. As to your ID, credit cards, passports, there are some things you can do. You could call Banco Popular, the only bank on Culebra and inquire about a safety deposit box to keep your documents safe during your stay or maybe they have other suggestions on what to do with these. Banco Popular: 787-742-3572.
You could also call Culebra City Hall and ask what they recommend:
742-3503 742-3510 * 742-3521 * 742-3577
Maybe keeping your documents in a water proof container and bury them in the ground and pitching your tent on top. I know it sounds crazy, but if you have absolutely nowhere to keep your documents safe, and want peace of mind, I think they will be OK in this place. As far as other valuables, camera, camcorder, other electronics, keep them in your tent and lock it as best as possible and don't go too far, or just don't bring them.
Crime on Culebra is very minimum, hardly any. Unless you leave your things out in the open or on a table abandoned, they won't be taken.
Happy travels! J
