I am glad you are here at the forum :)
Please, make a stand on the other thread, as I am afraid most people will not know, which is 'our restaurant'.
I think it's an opportunity to clarify misunderstandings with your customers and make sure that they are satisfied and not only come back, but refer new clients.
If you are referring to me as 'mike' - I have nothing whatsoever against you! On the contrary, I do count some of your staff as my personal friends!
And, I was not allowed on the property because your late father in law has threatened to physically harm me on more than one occasion, so I had no opportunity to personally test your restaurant. I hope I will get a chance to make up for this soon :)
