We plan to go to Culebra in Dec/ Jan with 3 to 4 families. Does anyone know of a 5 bedroom or plus rental??

They all have A/C, Direct Tv, fully equipped kitchen, new, private parking, balcony with hammock, chairs and table, terrace with BBQ, ceiling fans, screens, quiet place with spectacular view of Ensenada Honda Bay and two third of the island with constant tropical cool breeze. We highly recommend staying with Ilia at Vista Bella Apartments. Our family of five stayed 8 days this past Christmas holiday. When we return to Culebra, that is where we will stay. Ilia's displays the kindest of hospitality and her accomodations are impeccable. We rented two of her apts. They are beautiful and very comfortable, furnished with all the amenities of home, and then some. Direct TV was WONDERFUL to have at night. It was great to unwind to some wonderful movies, as the island folds up early, and that rest time was needed. Getting up with the roosters and running all day, evenings we crashed. We enjoyed our patios to eat, enjoy drinks, lay in the hamock and read or sleep. Evening provided wonderful breezes and we could enjoy the outdoors. We enjoyed some great thunder showers from our patio and saw some of the most gorgeous rainbows we have ever seen. Her outside shower was convenient, with all the sand we carried back on us. We were within walking distance to Barbara Rosa's (yummy!!) and the bakery. You could even venture down town if your legs could make it a tiny but farther. For a tiny island, it has some killer hills! We LOVED our location. We weren't downtown where things are pretty noisy, yet close enough to enjoy the goings on of the village below us. It was a treat watching the planes land before us in the distance. It was truly paradise, and we miss it. THE SNORKELING ROCKS! The little flotation board your provided me gave me security for the week! Thank you, our vacation unbelievable.

Casa del Sol sleeps max of 12 people, is a little over a mile from town on it's own 6 acre hilltop, with large 20 x 20 eat-in kitchen.....similar size living room for family meals and gatherings... info. at www.cyberrentals.com/car/pickpr.html
