We are planning a trip to Isla Culebra this October. This will be our first time - but judging from the pictures and comments, not our last! We like to fish, but my husband has MS, so is not able to stand for long periods of time. Is beach fishing allowed? I cannot find anything that says yes or no about surf fishing. We are hoping to stroll out to the beach, settle in to some comfy chairs and throw a line in the surf. We are strictly catch and release, so we won't keep anything we catch. Any input would be welcome - Thanks!
