Place for two to relax

Hello all,
Would anyone have a good recommendation for a place to stay for two people? My girlfriend and I are going on a little vacation (just two nights) and we want to stay somewhere nice with a view of the ocean or bay. We won't have a car, but might like to rent bicycles to ride together. To be honest, she is a bit picky about where she stays (with regards to room cleanliness).

Does anyone have a recommendation or two for me?

Many places won't rent for less than 3 nights. Try Casa Ensenada, Villa Boheme, Mamacitas, Posada La Hamaca and Palmetto Guest House.

I stayed at Villa Fulladoza two years ago and Mirna (sp?) was a joy to work with. The room was very clean and had a view of the bay.....it even has an outdoor sitting area complete with a grill. Ask about the "Honeymoon" suite.....it was on the second floor....it was perfect for myself at the time and would be perfect for two people.....it had a small kitchenette and an almost full size fridge.....

I add my recommendation for Villa Fulladoza.

I've stayed there twice in the last few years and found it sublime! The perfect place to relax! As the sign says down by the dock, 'the only noise we like to hear is the water lapping at the dock' -- or something to the effect.

Myrna runs a great place and is friendly and accomodating. And yes, check out the honeymoon suite!!!

I concur with all of the recommendations for Villa Fulladoza. Myrna is simply pleasant to deal with and is very helpful!

I stayed at the Villa Fulladoza too! It was beautiful and very clean. FYI there is not air condition, but we kept cool. My Hubby likes to keep our house at 72' but he was fine. The fridge and stove is a life saver too because restaurants can be pricey.

You can rent bikes down the street, the owner Ken is really nice! http://www.culebrabike.com/ Without him we wouldn't have known what to do. Just make sure you are in good shape because there are lots of hills. We arn't in good shape and barely made it to the closest beach. Ken on the other hand easily rode up and down all the hills. But I think it is 15$ a day per bike.
